Consignment Terms

Your accepted furniture and decor items will be displayed in Millwards Consignment showroom for ten weeks. At the end of these ten weeks if your items have not been sold, it is important that you pick them up within seven days or they will be donated. **Please keep track of these dates as we will not be contacting you to remind you.** If they have been sold, you will receive forty percent of items that are sold for less than two hundred dollars and fifty percent for items sold over two hundred dollars. Please note that all consigned items are subject to sales of up to twenty five percent off of listed price. Status of your account is your responsibility to track. Although Millwards Consignment will not be initiating contact with account information it is easily obtained simply by contacting us by phone or email as listed below.

Requests for payouts can be made any time after items have been sold. Payouts under one hundred dollars will be made in cash while payouts over one hundred dollars will be made by cheque and will require 48 hour notice.

Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you take home, so please feel free to ask us any questions or take your time inspecting items before buying. Because each item is uniquely curated and on consignment, we do not offer returns.

What we collect

We collect user provided information. Information is collected through the use of web forms including but not limited to contact forms, sign up forms and checkout forms. User information collected for example would be names, email addresses and phone numbers. If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. Millwards Consignment does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third party processor.

What we do with collected information

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • We may use the information to improve our products and services
  • We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
